even after delivery in frigid weather they were still hot, well tossed, and the skin was nicely crisp. wish I would have ordered the 30 instead. will definitely keep them in mind for future stays in downtown Minneapolis.

My first order was solid a good 4 stars. This is because I thought I ordered 'seasoned' fries, but they seem to come minus the seasoning, or it's very light. The chicken was A1; very well fried.
My second order was a 2.5. My chicken was over-fried and my fries were old and cold, and without enough seasoning.
Both times the staff seemed very caught up with what they were doing; they don't speak or greet. They seem to ignore you until they're ready to talk to you. The first time I understood somewhat because it was busy. The second time I didn't... it wasn't busy...at all.

Wings were heavily breaded and fatty, not my style. But at least the had a lot of sauce! Side of blue cheese sauce was very small.

why does it have barbecue on the Chicken Tenders instead of a packet of barbecue you can eat with the chicken. the fries look completely different than and smaller portions than what I was shown.

Overcooked, undersauced, and SO MUCH GREASE at the bottom of the take out box which left most of the bottom of the wings mushy. Very disappointing
