• 11/23/255 pc Crispy Tender Combo. Worst order ever from the Tapo Cyn. location. Fries were stone cold and not prepared how I ordered them. I ordered well done with extra seasoning, they were cold and barely cooked, not seasoned with my requested seasoning. Chicken tenders were dripping in oil and sitting in a pool of grease. No seasoning on some and very small amount on others. I had to use about 10 paper towels to squeeze the oil out. Half the order was over cooked and half was under cooked. I realize this is "fried" food, but oil should not be dripping off of it. Will never order from this location again because this is my second time with a horrible experience.

• 2/26/24I ordered 10 piece wing meal all flats well done. My wings were not well done, my fries were soggy and my raspberry tea was practically water. I informed door dash and they said there is nothing they can do about the restaurants quality. I will never order again because this isnt the first time this has happened. Totally disappointed in wing stop and door dash for the lack of accountability!

• 9/14/24Everything was delicious, but our wings were basically nuggets. Only 1-2 (out of 20) were "wing" size, which is disappointing.
