I chose to go with the cilantro vinaigrette because I'm not a fan of garlic in the recommended dressing, and it was really good. I also swapped out the cheese for gorgonzola which I highly recommend! I always buy two salads so I have a meal for the next day as well so I anticipate that the cafe salad will be just as good as every other that I've had here. I'm looking forward to the goat cheese and pears and pecans.
