Yaas is my favorite restaurant of all time. The food is amazing and there are lots of options. The location is very cozy and warm. The price of the food is unbeatable it's so cheap unlike the quality which is very good and has improved over the years.

The chicken was undercooked, and I had to finish cooking it in my air fryer. They also didn’t include any real lemons or limes—just a liquid substitute in a bag. Most of the vegetables were missing, and only a single tomato was included. I had the exact same order a few days ago and the food was fantastic. I was very disappointed why the quality reduced this drastically.

The best kebab in Vancouver that I have ever eaten from Ms. Delsa and Mr. Hossein, make shishlik kebabs, thank you very much, they provide the best service.

Lamb Shank was good but the stews were terrible. Only two pieces of small meat and very poor quality. Not impressed at all.
