"They had not even started the order when we got there, after the stated arrival time which was a half hour, which I understand if you're short staffed sometime. My kids chicken Kiddie Fingerz™ Meal was hard and small and they each had 5 french fries in the box a piece. when I called and spoke with a shift manager by the name of Marquis he didn't try or want to help with the wrong order that I received, and he repeatedly told me how it was probably the machine and not the store so there was nothing he was able to do about my wrong order. I WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM ZAXBY'S AGAIN IF I COULD GIVE IT 0000 STARS I WOULD. service is terrible, and customer service was a disappointment."
