It was very soft and not dry. however, the icing was waaaaaaaay too sweet and excessive. I had to scrape a lot off. also, I think they were iced directly from the oil. I don't think the oil drained off enough. the pepperoni pizza was amazing and I would order again. I got a buy 1, get 1 deal. I wouldn't pay full price through door dash. I have worked with taro and pandan, both fresh and with flavorings and the lack of taro and pandan flavor from the drink, cake, and bun were very disappointing. These flavors are not hard to work with at all. To me this shows a lack of care in the quality of the product, and more so a company riding on the trend.
