Every sandwich was delicious. I had the Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket™ for the first time and it was one of the best sandwiches I've ever had! Everyone else loved their sandwiches as well. May be the best National sandwich shop in the nation!

Sandwiches were tasty but haphazardly made. The Thanksgiving Sub had very little cranberry sauce and turkey, but a lot of stuffing. Unfortunate, because the correct portions would have made the sandwich much better.

The Hot Italian sandwich was so good. Every time I get a sandwich from Firehouse, it is always hot, fresh, and well made. I really like their medium size sub, it's not too big and is a great portion for 1 person. Kind of a hidden gem in the world of hot sub sandwiches!

Unfortunately the Italian sandwich was a disappointment. All bread big tomatoes and no meat.

I think you should add bacon to the Mac & Cheese that would elevate that to the best as is it's a bit on the bland side. please keep the Pepperoni Pizza Meatball Sub that is absolutely amazing. I love it and would order that every time.
