It was practically inedible...came actually cold to the touch, pan fried until so overcooked it was like a rock and had this rancid taste. HOWEVER the actual stew - Ghormeh Sabzi, has a very distinct flavor and I found it interesting and tasty BUT due to the horrible rice, I only took a bite bc I couldn't trust it was fresh.
