Mildly spicy (if you don't usually eat spice you might find it actually "spicy," but if you do spicy it is definitely mild). I'm a girl who eats on the lighter side so one "meal" and one "dessert" option is enough to fill me up. If you eat a "lot" you probably want to go for three, and if you're one of those people who eats an entire pizza then go for at least four.
