The portion size was good I was able to eat some then have left overs for lunch the next day. "I'm usually at 242 Pub at least once a week, if not more. Crawfish is my thing, and they have some of the best crawfish around with great quality and the best prices in town. I normally dine in because I love the atmosphere and the servers, but yesterday it was rainy and I decided to stay home and order through DoorDash for the first time.
I have to say, it was just as good at home as it is in the restaurant. The crawfish arrived hot, fresh, and delicious. As crawfish season starts winding down, don't hesitate to order it to-go if you're craving it.

I arrived early and told the host I had an online order and didn’t think it was ready yet. He checked and said they were still working on it and told me to sit in the lounge. I waited well past the quoted ready time, and when I went back up, I couldn’t get anyone’s attention. When I finally got the same host to check again, he found my order sitting in a bag right behind me the whole time. No one brought it to the lounge, no one called out that it was ready, and there’s no clear pickup area or signage, so it just sat there until I asked again.
Also, the menu says it comes with crispy fingerling potatoes, but what I received looked like a potato had been stepped on and then tossed into the to-go container. It wasn’t crispy at all and honestly didn’t taste good. Completely different from what’s described.
