"Mala flavors are impossible to find here, so I was incredibly happy to be able to DoorDash this! I got the 4. Szechuan Mala Spicy Flavor Rice Noodle Soup 麻辣汤底 . Everything was super fresh. The noodles were the perfect texture, and the cuts of brisket were very tender and tasty. All of the veggies were crunchy, and the quail egg was cooked nicely. There were also some threads of wood ear mushroom, one of my favorites. The soup container is actually really high quality too, I'll take it to work with me! It's gigantic so it holds multiple servings, and has a separate compartment for noodles. I also ordered G4. Red Bean & Pudding Milk Tea 红豆布丁奶茶 because my town doesn't have any milk tea either.The silken tofu is so delicate and yummy... Chinese food, or the American variety is quite possibly my favorite food. Back home in the Midwest, I have tried countless restaurants and found some favorites along the way (one of which I've been going to for over 20 years). NONE of them come even remotely close to this place. The flavor was just unreal and the portion sizes for the price blew me away. I got the A3 combo and D1 general Tso's dinner special and wow, just wow. Every little thing, even down to the soft bits of pork in the fried rice, was so fresh and so packed with flavor. The rice tasted okay but I found that the chicken had a weird aftertaste and just tasted like it was too greasy. The crab Rangoons were not very good either but tasted alright with the duck sauce. The worst was the broccoli that was swimming in an overly spicy sauce. Also, broccoli from other Chinese restaurants I’ve been to has always been softer and tender, but this broccoli was too hard almost like it was not cooked properly. The little flavor it had was overpowered by the sauce. I ended up throwing away almost the entire thing and never finished the chicken. Overall I would not recommend this restaurant at all if you want a nice meal. For the quality of the food it is overpriced. "
