"Chicken Katsu always hits. Whoever put the sauce on today under me on a personal level. I always get the Mac salad to the side and give it to them so don't ask me about that. The breading of the katsu is fantastic, and the amount of rice they give you is proportionally perfect to the actual katsu itself. The chicken inside isn't dry, not due to simply the katsu sauce, but through cookery. I also love the heavy sprinkle of green onions on the top. Delicious! I want to try other items on the menu but I'm in a committed relationship with this one!"

The Truffle Mushroom Smash was my first love and the Bacon N Blue Smash is my mistress. The owner made a special trip for me and delivered my first taste of heaven while I was in the Hospital. Those Beef Tallow Fries are so good, especially when you get the Smash Fries and they are large portions. Still wish they made a Huckleberry Butterscotch Shake and some Beef Tallow Onion Rings.
