"So I had the Build Your Own Smoke Stack (bottom layer is mac and cheese) with baked potato casserole. The casserole wasn't available BUT I went with the suggestion of baked beans. Pretty fire, I'm impressed. My protein choice was fried chicken (it has a pretty good herb seasoning BTW) and I added onion and bacon. Portions were well dished because I had an equal amount to the baked beans and mac in terms of my add ons and fried chicken. The Crispy Fried Okra hit the spot and markers for being perfectly crispy and salty.
Kind of excited to try different combinations with this. It's perfect for lunch and leftovers AND.. in my opinion, not overbearing. I'd order again if I'm craving more with mac and cheese."
