What really made the experience special was the store manager, Andy. There was a small mix-up with my order, but Andy jumped right in, resolved it quickly and professionally, and made sure I left happy. He was super friendly, genuinely caring, and made me feel valued as a new customer. It’s rare to get that kind of personal attention these days, and it turned a good visit into a great one.

"I'm a bagel lover and I didn't get what I ordered. The Custom Breakfast Sandwich was missing the bacon and clearly, they didn't follow my order instructions. The assorted Bulk Bagel order was missing some of the flavors and the bagels were dry. They did, however, slice them like I asked. Don't order the cinnamon sugar bagel. It was dry with an artificial taste and the sugar was crystally, like those generic artifial cookies you buy at the grocery store. The only thing I did like was the 8oz Lox Cream Cheese. It has real pieces of Lox in it but not enough pieces. I won't recommend this place to anyone."

"I was Bra casually browsing DoorDash just to look for some mashed potatoes to pair with my homemade steak to cook later and then came across fork and kitchen. I am very finicky when it comes to grilled chicken sandwiches, but since this restaurant popped up new on my interface, I decided to give it a shot and man did I not regret! The grilled chicken is actually not dry like many places and I suspect that they actually sous vide their chicken or at the very least brine it. Daredevil eggs are also divine! Now I have to try the rest of their menu. So much for cooking at home tonight. I think I found my new favorite local restaurant."

I was substituted the lemon pound cake for the Marble Pound Cake, I guess they were out of the marbled one. I can't speak to the lemon pound cake yet because I haven't tried it yet. But overall I would recommend any of the items above and I will be ordering again so i can try other items I haven't yet."

"This place sells frozen cakes. According to the guy who answered the phone, they do not make any 10in cakes fresh. The 10in cake that I ordered for my nephew's bday arrived frozen (like there were literally ice in the frosting). I wasn't upset that I accidentally spent $60 on a frozen cake that I could have gotten for $15 at Giant; I was upset for their lack of accountability and remorse. Instead, they said that they will write that it's frozen on the cake (which you will only see after it gets paid and delivered). Note: it would be better if you let your consumers know prior to the purchase that the quality is crap. Terrible cake but even worse customer service!"
