They offered to replace the food with the same thing, which was inedible, so a big "No Thank you"! We are out over $50 with ZERO customer service or compensation. We will NEVER patron Steak Escape again. We are gluten-free and low carb. I ordered a bowl with meat and veggies, including broccoli. The meat was sparse with big blobs of fat. The broccoli was only big thick chunks of the stalk that was hard and woody. It was not even chewable. The other veggies were cooked to mush. Everything about it was horrible. Steak Escape used to be one of the better fast food options. It's sad."
