In the photo, you can see the oil pool in the container - after it had already been wiped out with a paper towel. The 48 String Beans & Eggplant 豆角焖茄子, again, great flavor, but we had to strain the sauce and it was a small amount of sauce floating on a puddle of oil. Not sure if this is normal, or if we just ordered at a busy time, but eater beware! This was the first time we ordered from this restaurant.
