As someone who grew up eating Guilin and Guangxi rice noodle in general, I can give 4star, 5 because it's outside China so had to be less authentic somehow due to ingredients, not chefs. But I would say 90%+ authentic

B1. Vege Guilin Rice Noodle W. Braised Meat The rice noodles were completely overcooked this time; they were so mushy that they broke apart instantly and were almost impossible to pick up with chopsticks. This wasn't the case with my previous order. Additionally, I paid an extra $3.99 for extra pork intestines, but only received a tiny portion, whereas my last order of the exact same dish had plenty. Really disappointed with the quality control this time. I hope it gets fixed next time.

I ordered the guilin rice noodle with sausage and my friend ordered guilin rice noodle with two meats. We also got fried chicken as a side. Not sure why, but all the noodles were cut into small pieces. I don't know of any asian noodle soup place that would cut up the noodles...made it very difficult to eat. There was also no salt to the noodles or meat for my friend's order. Neither of our soup broth had flavor either. Just slight flavor of maybe meat boiled in it? The fried chicken also had no seasoning whatsoever. Very disappointed.

Not ordering from this place again. Beef in. 牛杂鲜汤粉 / Beef Tripe Rice Noodle Soup was as chewy as plastic and soup was full of patches of gray floating "stuff"...
