"Absolutely love Tram coffee because it's strong. Tried them all, my favorite is Tiramisu Cream Latte and my wife likes Thai Milktea. -1 star this time because both our drinks had boba but there were no straws so we resorted to using a spoon. First time ordering Popcorn Chicken and would not buy again. It was fresh, hot and tasty but the portion was so small for $11."

"I don't know how this food got a 4.7 rating. I was charged $4.95 for extra sauce on my pollo pasta, which was still dry, bland, and contained very few pieces of hard chicken chunks. The rigatoni was also tasteless, to the point that we didn't eat it. I see why it's buy 1 get 1. This was the worst "Italian" food I've had, and we will not be returning here. Save your money and go somewhere else. The pictures looked so appetizing, but the actual plates were sadly disappointing. It all lacked seasoning and flavor."
