"this restaurant is one I recently started ordering from occasionally as a special treat given its price point, and they've been nothing but good quality until today. I ordered the same sandwich I have been and was disappointed to say the least.
I'm used to this sandwich coming with a full sausage patty and slice of cheese, not a sad few cubes hidden in the egg and a few shreds of cold cheese tucked into the bottom. the whole sandwich was cold, and the driver didn't have any stops or take longer than usual to arrive so idk what exactly caused it cause that's also never been an issue before.
I also decided to try their almond croissant today, and was disappointed to find no filling like in the description, just almonds.
I don't know what changed but if there's even a chance I get this again the next time I try ordering it's not worth it; $30 for a sandwich only to have to re-cook and fix it up myself at home is NOT worth it; I recommend ordering with care and managing expectations."

One was the American Club and one was the Turkey.
The American Club's description had bacon on it. Subway didn't put bacon on it. Also, I selected for red onions and American cheese to be on it as well. I didn't get those either.
On the turkey one, it was also selected to have American cheese on it, but Subway chose not to add it to this sandwich as well.
The lettcue on both sandwiches was so skimpy. Hardly there.
I'm very disappointed! It's been a long time since we ordered from Subway, we were for sure expecting what we ordered to be delivered. I will definitely think again before ordering Subway again."
