They sliced the quesadilla and stacked the pieces on top of eachother in a paper box (like a paper sandwich box) and the condensation soaked into the tortilla. The Birria QuesaTaco was yummy and well packed though- and the corn tortilla was still crispy. To top it off the consommé was really delicious and they were really generous with the portions (big cups of consommé). The plates were big and taste great! I was expecting the food to take awhile to get delivered, but it was delivered to the hotel within 15 minutes of ordering it. I ordered for myself, my 14 and 10 year old children. They could have eaten of one plate. To be honest, in a pinch, one plate could have held us over for the night. I could not finish mine and neither did my 10 year old. My 14 year old barely finished his. Overall, it was a great experience and 5 starts to the Door Dash driver.
