They sliced the quesadilla and stacked the pieces on top of eachother in a paper box (like a paper sandwich box) and the condensation soaked into the tortilla. To top it off the consommé was really delicious and they were really generous with the portions (big cups of consommé). I ordered for myself, my 14 and 10 year old children. They could have eaten of one plate. To be honest, in a pinch, one plate could have held us over for the night.
