Tonight we ordered the 2-piece combo meals with thigh and drumstick, original recipe. We were very disappointed when it arrived. I have never seen drumsticks that were so tiny! (I wish ihad taken a photo.) My thigh piece was also very small and cut in an unusual way...a piece of the liver was still attached. My husbands thigh piece was more normal size. The breading fell off of each of the pieces when picked up. Perhaps because there was still so much grease in each of the pieces. Also, the bottom of each of the boxes had a lot of standing grease, which is very unappetizing. Also, the potatoes and gravy were more liquid than solid. The roll was okay, but no butter, or honey. And as for napkins .... there were only 2 in the bag, and they were in essence waded up, rather than nicely placed inside. We have been using this restaurant for the last 11 years, and I certainly expected these meals to be of much higher quality. My husband, who is never upset about anything, just shook his head and said "Never again." Hoping this was an isolated event, but im not willing to make this same mistake again ."
