The Bo kho soup was much looser, more like a broth than a stew like we're used to, but it was still very tasty. I loved that the bun Bo hue came with pork hocks. I can't find that anywhere in DC. Also loved that it's not too spicy. "I love Le Bledo, and am a regular customer. Have been in several times and have ordered delivery a few times and they are normally pretty solid. 4-5 stars.
I will say the last time I ordered the Pho was lackluster, the portions and freshness were fantastic, but the noodles were not cooked through.
I will try again as give the benefit of the doubt, everyone has a hiccup now and again, but rating on last experience that fell short."

"The rice paper and vermicelli in the Gui Cuon were *super* fresh and had great texture. Bun Thit Heo Nuong was delicious -- good quality meat and really flavorful. One of the better vermicelli dishes I've had."
"I ordered through DoorDash and had a very disappointing experience. The grilled pork vermicelli (bún thịt nướng) x1 was poorly made—the pork was burnt, blackened, and tasted bitter. It was dry and not enjoyable at all. The fish sauce was also very bland and lacked flavor.
The broken rice with pork (cơm sườn) x2 was not much better. The shredded pork skin (bì) was soggy and slightly slimy, as if it wasn’t fresh, which made it very unappetizing.
On top of that, the order did not include any utensils—no spoon, no chopsticks—which made it very inconvenient to eat.
I also called the restaurant to give feedback and lets them know about it, but the staff were rude, unhelpful, and refused to take responsibility and the man over the phone was so rude and impolite!!The customer service was just as disappointing as the food.
I just had a very poor experience. I definitely do not recommend anyone to try this restaurant!! I would not order again!!"

"Banh Mi Oi absolutely nails what a great bánh mì should be. The flavor balance is incredible — savory, fresh, bright, and packed with layers of texture in every bite. You can tell the ingredients are high quality too, from the fresh herbs and pickled veggies to the meats and pâté. Nothing tastes cheap or rushed.

I ordered the Chop Chop Basil with an additional portion of rice and an extra fried egg, hoping to split it into two meals. Based on previous customer photos, I expected the meat to fill the entire black container, with the rice and egg that come with the dish packed separately. However, the portion I received was clearly much smaller—less than half of what was shown in some of the previous reviews. The flavor It self was very good, just a little too salty, but mixing it with the Jasmine Rice balances it off.
I also ordered the tom kha Tom KHA Soup, which is one of my favorite Thai soups, but unfortunately it was quite watery and not as flavorful as I expected.
Overall, I wouldn’t say the food was bad, especially for the price, but between the smaller portions and the lack of flavor in the soup, I probably wouldn’t order from this place again.."
