"Banh Mi Oi absolutely nails what a great bánh mì should be. The flavor balance is incredible — savory, fresh, bright, and packed with layers of texture in every bite. The bread deserves special mention: perfectly crisp on the outside with that soft, airy interior that so many places miss. You can tell the ingredients are high quality too, from the fresh herbs and pickled veggies to the meats and pâté. Nothing tastes cheap or rushed.
Their iced coffee is also outstanding — strong, smooth, and sweet without going overboard. It pairs perfectly with the sandwiches.
My only minor critique is the price. It’s a little expensive for bánh mì, but honestly it’s pretty much on par with the area these days, and the quality makes it easier to justify. Definitely one of the better bánh mì spots around."

"Very disappointed! I used to frequent Alo Vietnam (this location before the turnaround) and thought Pho-nomenal would be as good. I was so wrong. The food is bland and incredibly greasy. The crispy spring roll was mushy and the vegetables in the fried rice were not fresh. They are charging the same price for similar menu items but using lower-quality ingredients. This could all be because they are still finding their footing, but if you are looking for the quality of Alo Vietnam, it's not here."

"I like Pho Cyclo. Not only is it close, w/ good food, but the prices are better than average. Look at some of the places in Annandale or around 7 Corners. A bowl of Phở Gà - Chicken is priced $15 and up. $11.95 at Pho Cyclo. Very tasty, and there's plenty of it. You have to be HONGgry to finish the whole bowl.
For delivery, "You're gonna need a bigger bowl." I've got a 2½- quart glass covered casserole that I think is perfect.
it's different getting pho delivered, as opposed to at the restaurant. With delivery, you get sort of a "kit". The broth is in its own container; noodles & chicken in another; and bean sprouts and all the toppings in a plastic bag. You have to assemble it all into a bowl of pho. Heat the broth to just shy of boiling while you assemble the other ingredients in a large bowl you can cover. (plastic wrap or a plastic bag you can twist tie will do to cover). Pour the hot broth over the other ingredients, mix, and cover for a few minutes to "cook"; then enjoy.😋"

The broken rice with pork (cơm sườn) x2 was not much better. The shredded pork skin (bì) was soggy and slightly slimy, as if it wasn’t fresh, which made it very unappetizing.
On top of that, the order did not include any utensils—no spoon, no chopsticks—which made it very inconvenient to eat.
I also called the restaurant to give feedback and lets them know about it, but the staff were rude, unhelpful, and refused to take responsibility and the man over the phone was so rude and impolite!!The customer service was just as disappointing as the food.
I just had a very poor experience. I definitely do not recommend anyone to try this restaurant!! I would not order again!!"

However, we were displeased with the lack of garnishes—don't expect the usual generous bag of bean sprouts, basil, and jalapeños you get from traditional pho spots. The meat portions were also plentiful in some ways (e.g., the eyeround and brisket) but small in others (e.g., there was only one piece of oxtail in each order, and one was incredibly tiny). The "to go" packaging was decent, but like other reviewers, we experienced some leaking of soup. I think this is due to the use of compostable lids - fair tradeoff all things considered."
