The reason I rated Panera "Didn't like" today is that I ordered two of the Tuna Salad sandwiches expecting to have 1 for a nice lunch & to have the other at dinner time. I did this just for the simple reason that I like Tuna Salad and wanted to enjoy it again later in the day. However; when I bit into the first sandwich I was very disappointed with 1 major part of the sandwich.
Yes, I had requested No tomatoes on either sandwiches (that is what I got -- thank you). The service area did add more lettuce than I expected (thank you, again). The problem is that the amount of Tuna Salad that was on the 1st of the sandwiches (though it still tasted as good as usual) was only half as much as what I usually get on any single sandwich I have ever ordered (I know this because it is a favorite sandwich & I have order it many times before today). After I ate my lunch I checked the 2nd of the sandwiches and it is exactly the same as the 1st one. I will still eat the 2nd sandwich later for dinner. However, I am disappointed in both the total lack of care or concern in 1st the "Quality of the Products" & 2nd in the lack of responsibility shown & not achieved by the "Customer Service Area" who had them delivered to me. "

"First time ordering, we had the Country Fried Steak , the Tater Kegs, Bisc and Gravyuits and a Pancs - Sideake. The country fried steak was really good. I would suggest buying two if you're someone that likes a lot of meat I did it was worth it. I liked the seasoning and the breading of it and thought it was overall it was good. I would order it again. The gravy on the other hand is probably one of the worst gravy's I've ever had. There's still chunks of the lard or Crisco or whatever's in it not fully blended and it has no flavor. I thought it was quite disgusting, but once I added some seasonings, such as Lowery's, cayenne, paprika, onion powder, pepper, and some scorpion salt it tasted way better but that's personal preference. It is a very basic very bland gravy. That would be great for care facility homes. Just not a restaurant that's supposed to cater to everyone so I would bring your own seasonings for that especially if you're someone that likes flavor in your gravy, other than the taste of Crisco. the tater kegs were sooo delicious definitely thought they were delicious only opinion on that is I wish they were fried longer to have more of a crisp other than that, they tasted good and I would definitely order them again. The biscuits are delicious a touch to salt salty but really good."
