First, I got everything I ordered. Thank you. It's the first time I tried the Cranberry Walnut Chicken Salad Sandwich. It was nice and very good. The Tuna Salad Sandwich is always good, thanks for having both on your menu. I am looking forward to enjoying the French Baguettes later with both the Plain Cream Cheese and the Honey Walnut Cream Cheese spreads. All of you have a good day.

The reason I rated Panera "Didn't like" today is that I ordered two of the Tuna Salad sandwiches expecting to have 1 for a nice lunch & to have the other at dinner time. I did this just for the simple reason that I like Tuna Salad and wanted to enjoy it again later in the day. However; when I bit into the first sandwich I was very disappointed with 1 major part of the sandwich.
Yes, I had requested No tomatoes on either sandwiches (that is what I got -- thank you). The service area did add more lettuce than I expected (thank you, again). The problem is that the amount of Tuna Salad that was on the 1st of the sandwiches (though it still tasted as good as usual) was only half as much as what I usually get on any single sandwich I have ever ordered (I know this because it is a favorite sandwich & I have order it many times before today). After I ate my lunch I checked the 2nd of the sandwiches and it is exactly the same as the 1st one. I will still eat the 2nd sandwich later for dinner. However, I am disappointed in both the total lack of care or concern in 1st the "Quality of the Products" & 2nd in the lack of responsibility shown & not achieved by the "Customer Service Area" who had them delivered to me.

I don't want to give this store a complete 5 but it's not a 4. So the store is so versatile that no matter if you're looking for a quick bite or trying to stay light, this is the spot for you. The Sandwich and Salad is my favorite "pick two" and the Kickin' Grilled Cheese is my favorite sandwich! I always get a Caesar salad but it is never enough dressing. The Greek dressing is amazing and everything is fresh and not burnt. That Strawberry Smoothie is too small for its price though.

They charge a hefty price but they have cut the amount of meat and portions severely. Prices should be half bc they have cut the portions by 65%. My sandwich was all bread. Subway gives a better portions at a fraction of the price. Sad for a supposed to be premium restaurant experience.

The Greek Yogurt with Berries Parfait, the fresh Banana. and the cup of nicely sliced fruit that came with the sandwich I ordered were all delicious. The Tuna Salad Sandwich was good. Thank you.
However the sandwich was light on enough Tuna Salad to cover the size of the bread slices. Also, I am sorry to say, the pickle slice that came with the sandwich was not wrapped in plastic wrap; instead it was laid inside of the outside layer of the paper wrap around the sandwich. I was unwrapping the sandwich, when juice from the pickle pour out on my hand and lap.
I ordered the Artisan Ciabatta Loaf, thin sliced with Plain Cream Cheese Spread – Tub 8 oz., so I could have some at breakfast and other times over the week. I ate a slice with the spread, it is really nice. Thank you.
