"We were really disappointed based on other recent reviews, but gave 3 stars because portions are very generous.
The good: The tortillas are much bigger than I'm used to seeing for tacos, the tacos had plenty of meat and they had lots of cilantro and onion on top.
The bad: The chicken in the chimichanga and taco had no flavor. Like, zero seasoning. And it was really dry. The barbacoa was tasty, but dry, and my campechano taco was tasty but also had a hard bone the size of a cherry in it, which I luckily caught before breaking a tooth.
I also found other small bones in my chicken taco and the entire joint of a chicken thigh in my tamale, which was rojo and not verde like I ordered. I've never had a tamale with bone-in meat before, so I found this odd. It also lacked favor and the tamale dough was plasticky and not tasty at all. I tossed most of it.
I will continue looking for great Mexican food in the area. Sadly, this ain't it. "

The tacos were prepared and arrived pretty quickly especially for a Friday night. Everything was extremely fresh and well prepared. I can see why the black magic is one of their best sellers - this one absolutely BLEW MY MIND. All of these were really delicious but that was a show stopper. The beans have incredible flavor and every topping makes sense. The Mexican Indian fusion for this taco is absolutely perfect and hard to describe in any other way.
