The meat was perfectly cooked, and flavorful (Not dry and overcooked like so many others). The Burrito was perfectly cooked - a golden brown, not the least bit greasy. These must be hard to prepare, since SO MANY places get it wrong. This was PERFECT - a great eating experience. The Bean Tostada was delicious. "Really enjoyed this burrito. Most places use fries and stale ones at that. You can tell the burrito wasn't just thrown together. Meat had good flavor, potatoes were soft and not fries. Great size. Salsa was excellent. Yea, I've been missing out on this place all these years. I had a surf and turf burrito here years ago and thought the baja cream sauce to be way too spicy, so I never came back.
