I found the bone broth of the DUMPLING SOUP to be quite flavor! I thought the dumplings were a little dense, but you could tell they were homemade in a good way! More than one bok choy leaf would great, but overall I liked this soup! "These guys are batting 1000. Best Orange Chicken ever. Bonus points for no red chili peppers posing as orange rind. Really got the flavor, not cloyingly sweet. "The food overall was much better than we've grown accustomed to at other Chinese food locations. It was fresh and tasted like they use higher quality ingredients. For example, never did we come across any pieces of chicken with fat or gristle attached.
The chicken corn soup was especially good. We've not had any for a long time as most places serve regular egg drop rather than add the chicken and corn.
My general Tso's chicken was flavorful, but not exactly the taste profile I like. I will likely try something different next time. It wasn't bad, just not my personal preference.
