I'm not really sure how it's this hard unless they are keeping it at a really high temperature, because I've kept white rice in a warm cooker overnight before and it didn't get this hard... Good thing I had the curry. Almost has the texture of rice kept overnight in a fridge with no lid.

"I had the miso 01.Miso Soup, tuna sashimi, the yellowtail tuna sashimi, the Ninja roll, the N2. Japanese Fried Rice, and unsweetened iced tea! Wow, lots of stuff for a truly delectable dinner! Let's get to the details!
Starting with the miso 01.Miso Soup: the portion was perfect for a starter drink but a little on the lukewarm side because I let mine sit too long. My bad and not indicative of Door Dash or Sumo Express. The nori in the miso was dark green and appeared fresh with the tofu appropriately portioned.
The tuna sashimi was was fantastic, perfectly portioned as was the yellowtail tuna sashimi that honestly melted in my mouth. Just breathtaking. The scent off both made me ravenous!
The Ninja was portioned and loaded up like its own meal. It is deep fried but it must be a flash fry because it had no hint of grease, you could taste all the fish, the avocado became creamy, and the cream cheese did not become runny at all! Not to mention the eel sauce drizzled on perfectly complimented the dish.
I did not use the spicy mayo that was on the side but it was probably Japanese mayonnaise and should have at least tried it with a piece, if not just to for the experience. I did not get the entree; the roll by itself was so much food that I could not finish it!
Because I finished my meal with the non- entree N1.Japanese Fried Rice! Phew! As a man born in Okinawa, this was extremely comforting. The portion was so that I almost finished it and I would have been disappointed if I had eaten any less. I got it with shrimp that were HUGE, juicy, and flavourful, with lightly fried rice, peas, carrot, and egg. It honestly had an underlying sweetness to it that was nostalgic.
Order, go here, try it! It's bound to better express sitting there!"

My only complaint were there were no chilis on my general tao which I usually like to suck the sauce out of ; small complaint - not worth removing a star over though it was all still delicious. I will he ordering again and trying honey walnut prawns if they're available (a new found love of mine). "Phenomenal service - one of the only restaurants delivering on the snowy night the day after Christmas for starters. We'd never even eaten here / ordered before so this was a new-to-us restaurant. We placed the order at 8pm & the app said 60-70 minute delivery time. I don't know how, but the driver had it on our doorstep within 30 min & texted to let us know it had been delivered.
