"I was abit harsh with a previous review. Mistakes happen, as for this restraunt has the best food in town. Everything we have tried here is delicious and the portions are huge. Our burger was so huge they had to use a sperate container for the fries. There pancakes are fluffy and hash browns are crispy. There milkshakes are real! Theres not alot of choices in ukiah anymore that isn't a straight fast food chain. So if you miss Sizzler and Denny's or want to eat a steak like the broiler but don't want to drive 30 min. And pay $100. Than Windmill has you covered. You won't be disappointed. Its local its clean and the food is consistent and good. Out of 35 orders I've made here there was only one mishap thats OVER a 97% sucess rate. Like i said BEST IN TOWN!"

The spicy Noodle soup has a broth that's sour and spicy but not too overpowering with flavor but just enough to enjoy it. The fish cakes had an earthy like taste to them, such a delicious flavor and an excellent pairing with the cucumber sauce. Generally, when I bite into one of the flautas- its pretty much packed with shredded chicken and loaded with ooey gooey melted cheesy goodness... today that was not the case. I basically felt like I was eating a rolled and deep fried empty tortilla... the few shreds of chicken seen in the photo were leftovers that escaped whatever else was in the deep fryer and just so happened to find my shell of a meal.

"First time trying out Mamas cafe & Bakery, overall experience would be 8/10 friendly/fast customer service. The food was amazing! The Green Chilaquiles with Eggs were the highlight of the whole order, BURSTING with flavor! The Belgian Waffle was perfectly done, the house syrup "chefs kiss" . The Biscuit Breakfast was different to what I'm used to BUT still yummy, definitely worth ordering again. I also got an earl grey latte and it was super yummy, not too sweet which I appreciate. Portion was good, in this economy you can't get a sandwich with good ingredients without spending $15, so that's understandable. 10/10 would order again :)"
