"The 2 crispy tacos were definitely NOT crunchy, soft and cold. The meat was extra dry and tough despite it being shredded chicken.
The burrito was mid, not the worst I've had but most likely wouldn't buy again unless someone else paid for it.
The birria tacos were also flavorless which should be illegal because the process of making birria is fail proof.
Chips were store bought, better off buying Tostitos chips (thin and crunchy).
Overall, extremely disappointed but the entire meal was pretty cheap so the saying that comes to mind is "You get what you pay for.""

Generally, when I bite into one of the flautas- its pretty much packed with shredded chicken and loaded with ooey gooey melted cheesy goodness... today that was not the case. I basically felt like I was eating a rolled and deep fried empty tortilla... the few shreds of chicken seen in the photo were leftovers that escaped whatever else was in the deep fryer and just so happened to find my shell of a meal.

Our burger was so huge they had to use a sperate container for the fries. There pancakes are fluffy and hash browns are crispy. There milkshakes are real! Theres not alot of choices in ukiah anymore that isn't a straight fast food chain. So if you miss Sizzler and Denny's or want to eat a steak like the broiler but don't want to drive 30 min. And pay $100. Than Windmill has you covered. You won't be disappointed. Its local its clean and the food is consistent and good. Out of 35 orders I've made here there was only one mishap thats OVER a 97% sucess rate. Like i said BEST IN TOWN!"

The Green Chilaquiles with Eggs were the highlight of the whole order, BURSTING with flavor! The Belgian Waffle was perfectly done, the house syrup "chefs kiss" . The Biscuit Breakfast was different to what I'm used to BUT still yummy, definitely worth ordering again. The Mac & Cheese was good in flavor but would've preferred the traditional elbow pasta over the Penne that was used. Overall deliciously crafted food, will definitely be ordering again! "I got the RR sandwich and it was great, the horseradish sauce was a little intense, so if you don't like that flavor maybe skip this. Otherwise it's super good! I also got an earl grey latte and it was super yummy, not too sweet which I appreciate. Portion was good, in this economy you can't get a sandwich with good ingredients without spending $15, so that's understandable. 10/10 would order again :)"
