When I got them, I’ll be honest — they looked a little disappointing.
But here’s where everything changed.
I put a white paper towel with a little water on it right on top of them and microwaved them for 50 seconds. That was the magic move.

"The chicken pie was not golden, it was completely burned, dark brown, and bitter. The empanadas arrived burned and extremely dry inside, and to make things worse, one of them was missing a portion, clearly incomplete. This shows a total lack of respect for the customer.
There is absolutely no excuse for serving food in this condition. Not the weather, not high demand, nothing justifies delivering burned, poorly prepared food. This reflects zero quality control and zero commitment to customer satisfaction.

"The mussel baklava is amazing! The pizza contains chicken sausage, not pork, as I confirmed with the bakery before placing the order. The German Cake (Strawberry) – Alman Kek – wasn’t really a cake, unless I received something different from what I was supposed to. It was more like a large cream puff or bread filled with custard and strawberry, but it was still delicious.
