This is one of the BEST places I have had chicken. I used to eat fried chicken all the time when I lived in the south and eating fried chicken in the Bay Area was disappointing. This all changed when I had my co-worked suggest this place. I think this place is any one of the best places I have had chicken by far. The fried chicken is truly to die for.

Several of the pieces were the size of a golf ball. Way too expensive for me. Soy flavor was not great (just salty soy... I used my own sauce) and they forgot the Dipping Sauce. The yangnyeom sauce was good, though.

I used to really like Bonchon but wow the quality really went down. Chicken used to be big and plump but now it's the smallest wings I have seen in awhile and they lacked any moisture. It was so dry like jerky. I prefer their soy garlic flavor more compared to the other chains but I think I'm done with Bonchon

Bulgogi fries were cold and soggy with barely any bulgogi and way too much cheese. Wings didn't have much flavor. Spicy wings weren't very spicy.
My order arrived 35 minutes late, mostly because the restaurant hadn't started making my order and it was already beyond the scheduled delivery window.

We used to order this regularly, but it's been a while. This was terrible.
- ordered a 24 piece Boneless, got 20 and huge pile of crumbs that looks like it came from dumping the last bits out of a bag
- the Japchae was in one gelatinous clump
- the Fried Rice was standard
- the French Fries were ok
I won't be ordering from here again
