When some of the items we picked were not available, this location called me and asked what substitutes we wanted. I really appreciate when a business calls regarding substitutions instead of assuming what we want. My mom, brother and I are happy with everything we got!

I ordered a three 3 Scoop Sundae .... I was give literally a quarter of the portion. I ordered rocky road, cookies and cream and butter pecan. I was literally given one scoop of all three. I do not recommend delivery for this location. 19$ for 1 scoop of icecream.

I ordered the double scoop, which came with the normal generous scoops I'm used to. However, the 2-scoop sundae was only about half full, resembling a single scoop portion. I'm still craving ice cream :(

Scoops are so small - Must be showing my age because the scoops used to be very generous but these scoops were tiny. Disappointed with the portions when it was shared, too bad because the flavors were great. I. probably wont be DoorDashing to Baskins again.

The 3 Scoop Sundae was like all half scoosps, it was half the size of the double scoop. It's not the first time, and it's never a 2 scoop sundae it's always the three scoop sundae. I don't know why thats always the unlucky item but its always my wifes item and I gotta hear about it all night then give her half of mine.
