I was really looking forward to trying Saucy Seoul, but unfortunately, the experience was pretty disappointing. I ordered a burrito, expecting a good balance of flavors and ingredients, but it was mostly just rice with only a few small pieces of meat. It felt like a filler-heavy meal rather than something well-balanced.
My friend ordered the beef bulgogi bowl, and it was even more disappointing. The bowl was about 75% rice with barely any bulgogi—definitely not worth the price. To make matters worse, the chicken we tried was extremely overcooked, making it dry and tough to eat.
The only thing they really got right was the sauce—it had great flavor and definitely added something positive to the meal. But good sauce alone isn’t enough to make up for the lack of quality and portion sizes. For what we paid, we expected a much better experience, and unfortunately, we won’t be rushing back anytime soon.
There's room for some improvement though.

The food was really good. Plenty of meat per taco. I did t care much for the sweet and spicy sauce, it was too sweet. But the chicken was crunchy. The beef was tender. I would order again

The meat in the Bulgogi Fries was overcooked and rubbery. I just tossed it since I couldn't chew through it. The picture in the app is a lie! They don't give you crinkle fries but shoe string fries which I wouldn't have gotten this dish if I had known that. The fries were okay and fresh though, but really salty. If you don't like salt maybe pass on this dish.

Sweet & Spicy Burrito was good but a bit basic. Bulgogi Fries s though really was a mealin itself!Very good portion and not stingy!
