I have been to the location to see them cooking and the food tastes freshly made and not reheated or packaged. I ordered for a work meeting and everyone got something different, and they are all really happy with their items. So all of their breakfast burritos have positive reviews from my team. The battered potatoes were crispy and tender. The order arrived quickly, so it was a very welcome surprise that it came in a lined bakery box that kept everything warm until the meeting started. This is going to have to be on our regular rotation for meeting meals. Also each item was labeled with what it was and any customizations, which makes it a lot easier to hand out."

The taste is gone. The pastrami I got (and there's less than usual) is shockingly bland, mostly just tastes of oil. Nothing feels seasoned. The Iced Siren’s Song (dirty chai) tasted watered down. Maybe I made a mistake buying on a Tuesday morning. For THIRTY DOLLARS the burrito better be amazing, but I'd have felt ripped off getting this for half that. Genuinely what happened to this place."
