"Vegan Combination and extra Teff Injera was absolutely divine! everything was fresh and flavorful. the portions are great and I would definitely be ordering again. The prices are reasonable and worth it."
"Easily a Five! This was probably the best meal I have EVER had from a DoorDash Merchant. I did not think the food would travel well, but, it did and it was excellent. Five star chemistry of the spices and flavor. I love Injera, I purchased extra $2.50. The portions were perfect. I did not eat it all. It would not let me post pictures. The price $24.50--not including the other 5 lines of Door Dash fees. But, yes, if you are looking for a delivery-eat at home Ethiopian food experience, Cafe Colucci-Classic Ethiopian is my pick!"

" I've had the veggie platter at all the restaurants in Berkeley in Oakland area. I think this one might be the best most flavorful one.
I don't like the plastic packaging really hope they can switch to something compostable in the future, but sometimes that can be difficult for preserving the quality during travel and I get that "
"I really enjoyed the LAMB STEW AND sautéed : CABBAGE with CARROT and POTATOES. The small sized portion was nice for getting a few items to share. yummy!"

"Veggie/Meat Combo was great"
"I'm surprised at the negative reviews the portions were appropriate for the price and the injera was really delicious and a good amount. I ordered two portions of injera and had leftovers for two days. The red lentils was really really good 10/10 perfect blend of spices. The yellow lentils, gomen and cabbage were regular but tasty although the yellow lentils were a little dry like they needed just a little more water but overall very delicious and has home cooked taste."

"There are a lot of great Ethiopian restaurants in the Bay Area, but Addis is my fave! Everything is delicious, but in my opinion, the raw kitfo is the best I've ever had. So smoothly ground and flavorful, the texture is amazing. Don't eat it cooked, you'll miss while this dish is so special. The owner is a great guy also!"
"I've had a lot of Ethiopian food in my life, and Addis has the best! You can't go wrong with their vegetarian combo. The yemeser wot is my favorite--so richly spiced. The injera is made with lighter teff flour, and it is perfectly spongy and sour. I've been coming here for nearly 15 years and it's always delicious! "

"My family has been eating here for over 15 years. The best and fresh made Doro Tibsy and Kitfo with more than enough for seconds! Would highly recommend."
"I ordered the house 18. House Special Sampler and the peach Peach Cream as my beverage. It was interesting how they packaged the food, with several large pieces of injera on top, completely covering the food, instead of neatly rolled separately as pictured in some of their pictures. I did have to remove it and put it to the side in order to actually get to the main food. Otherwise, I would've had to eat most of the injera on its own, before being able to actually eat the food. The injera itself had an interesting taste to it, and not in a positive way. It was tasteless and yet also had that aforementioned taste. The 18. House Special Sampler I found to be rather bland, and the potatoes and cabbage were huge chunks. The potatoes didn't seem to be fully cooked as it had some hard parts to it. The only one that seemed to have some kind of flavor to it was the alicha. While it was my first time trying this, it just wasn't for me. Thus, I doubt that I'll order again."

"Don't get me wrong in my prior review. My issue is only in the description on the menu and the way in which the new handlers of the restaurant as well as doordash customer service handled the situation. The chicken itself, as well as price, are delicious and reasonable. The chicken is fried, then covered in a wonderful sauce, I actually need jarred. It's tender and juicy and falls right off the bone. It beats KFC down the street. 😋 2days in a row. Worth having everybody 😉20 Stars Hands Down Easily!"
"Egwusi soup and pounded yam is very wholesome and rich and nutritious, and especially delicious! it was eaten before I got a picture, sorry. 😆 Third time I've gotten it, before with fish and then with chicken. I'll for sure order here again and recommend the food here to Friends. Thank you!"

"Chicken Shawerma Snack simple and delicious! The pickles give the wrap a nice crunch and the chicken is nicely seasoned. The garlic sauce is super garlicky, which I love! I added a side of Hot Sauce and it's great. Plenty of spice, nice and bright, not at all smokey."
"The Mediterranean Plates is very tasty: the falafel is nice and crispy, and the baba ghanoush is just the right amount of smoky. I really like that it comes with a salad. The first time I got it, I felt like it was a good bargain. The second time, there was less of the baba ghanoush and the hummus (and no olives in the salad), and this time there wasn't even half of the serving cup of baba ghanoush! The hummus was a lot less, too. They also only give three-quarters of a pita, and there's no way to order more. So, overall, good food, but inconsistent servings."

"Delicious flavors and good value. Dubai Latte was decadent, sweet, and beautiful presentation. Heyma Latte was tasty. The spinach feta turnover was good, but had a little less filling than I would've liked (but my partner loved it, so definitely just personal preference), and the cheese borek was too greasy. Overall, the espresso drinks were great, and I'll definitely order again and maybe try different pastries."

"This was my first time not only trying Filipino food, but also food from this restaurant. It was definitely a hit for me with both the Pancit Bihon w/ Chicken and Shanghai Lumpia (Chicken). Both were large, generous portions, to the point where I was not even able to finish it. I especially loved the Shanghai Lumpia (Chicken) which wwte just the right size and really smooth and easy to go down. A really tasty treat. For the Pancit Bihon w/ Chicken, while also really great, I wish it had a little more spice to it, just a little kick or something. I understand that's how it's made, so I ended up adding some crushed trees pepper to it (that I happed to have). I may use another hot sauce next time just to help bring out more of the flavor. But overall, I really liked it and will be ordering again from here with no hesitation!"

I also tried one of the chicken shawarma savoy pies and it's delicious! Nothing sounded good to me today, took a chance and it turned out being exactly what I needed! Will def order again soon! (:"

"Their ' SAMBHAR ' , South Indian Lentil Soup on the Side is EXQUISITE ' !!! It had quartered squash in there & roasted black mustard seeds !!! All the Chutneys were Gr8 as were the ' Vada ' ( Fried Lentil Donuts ). The ' Curried Potato Filling inside the Dosa / Crepe was good as well, but the Dosa / Savory Crepe could be more ' Brown ' to my liking.

"The 60. Golden Pompano Fish/ سمك جلودن بابانو was cooked perfectly. The spices were flavorful, not spicy, and the fish was flakey. The rice that comes with it was fluffy and the best tasting rice ever! The half chicken was juicy , tender, with the meat falling off the bone. "I recently tried the Chicken Momo lapping and Khana set at 4 Dreams Nepal I & Indian Cuisine, and it was a great experience overall.
The Chicken Momo lapping was the highlight. The momos were soft, juicy, and well stuffed with flavorful minced chicken. The “lapping” style, covered in a rich, slightly spicy sesame based sauce, added a creamy and tangy kick that made the dish stand out. The sauce was balanced not too spicy, but enough to give a nice warmth. The portion size was generous and perfect for sharing, although I could easily finish it myself because it was that good.
The Khana set felt like a complete and comforting meal. It came with rice, dal, vegetable curry, chicken curry, achar, and salad. The rice was fresh and fluffy. The dal was simple yet comforting, with a homestyle Nepali flavor. The chicken curry was tender and well cooked, with spices blended nicely without being overpowering. The achar added the perfect spicy and tangy contrast to the meal. Everything tasted fresh and authentic, just like traditional Nepali home cooking.
The service was friendly, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Overall, I would definitely recommend 4 Dreams Nepal I & Indian Cuisine for anyone craving authentic Nepali and Indian food, especially their Chicken Momo lapping and Khana set. I will definitely be going back again."
"The Dahl Tadka tasted like thickened grease fat from the bottom of the pan, like you would use to make buskits and gravy. It had no flavor other than fat and salt. I ordered two in hopes that it would be great, but couldn't eat either of them.
I have never had such an experience with any Indian Dahl dish before .
The soup was very tasty and the broth flavorful. I hoped to have it mild as I was recovering from surgery and was supposed to avoid spicy food. I'll order the soup again when I'm feeling better"

"Crepes are so good! Albany's finest crepe spot. Kids enjoyed the Cloud 9 and my favorite is the Boston Crepe All Day Breakfast "
"This was honestly the worst crepe I’ve ever had. The menu mentioned chocolate and maple, but there was no filling inside at all—just banana. The chocolate was only drizzled on top with a few walnut pieces.
It was way too sweet, more like cake than a crepe, and the portion was tiny. The only decent thing was the small scoop of ice cream, but that didn’t make up for how bad the rest was.
After delivery fees, I paid about $28 for something I had to throw out. I’m going to try to get my money back because this felt criminal."
