It was also so hard on the outside, it was almost like it was deep fried. Good fluff in the middle, but there was a crust that was crunchy and hard. Just no. The hashbrown was like eating a piece of cardboard. It was maybe 3 millimeters thick, so it was again just a big flat crust. I ate it, but likely won't order from here again."

I fell in love with that dish. 2nd I tried it-in Epcot at the German Biergarten restaurant. This is the first time I've ordered from this restaurant (it was recommended by an instructor at a training I attended in Tampa, the instructor was from Ohio). I am thankful for the recommendation. Every bite I've tried has been flavorful. Properly tangy potato salad, the saurbraten was outstanding, and I'm so thankful they packaged the gravy on the side because (while it was actually delicious!) I'm not a big fan of spaetzel. And I got all the other carbs between red skinned smashed potatoes, pretzel nuggets, German potato salad, and potato pancake. Will def be ordering from this restaurant if I ever come back to Columbus!"
