"Not trying to be too harsh, but but this is the worst meal I've had from BWW. The bone-in were so overcooked even the chicken was dry and crispy on the bone. Boneless was ok but sauce was not on the side as requested. The honey mustard was not sealed and spilled in the bag. I know theres off nights, but food from a restaurant is too expensive now to not be good on every order that goes out. This was a splurge for me and it wasnt really worth it."

"Food was pretty good. The shoyu broth had good depth of flavor, but was a little too salty. I had ordered the side broth because I could not modify the items in the regular shoyu ramen. I was a little disappointed with the portion size of the side shoyu ramen broth although the side noodles was a good portion. The noodles were good texture. The chicken buns were good, but a little too Saucey although great flavor good balance with the veggies and not soggy. Although the chicken buns were a little small, and $12 for 2 buns with not too much chicken is a little steep for price. Overall the items are a little expensive, but I would order again although I wish they allowed modifications on their items. The items are a little expensive and without being on dashpass the service fees make it quite expensive overall."

"The pho was plain and flavorless and came with little broth. Rare steak was squeezed in a ball and couldn't separate so when cooked it looks like ground beef. Cucumbers came with 6 small spears for $8 and tasted like sesame and burnt oil. The cucumbers were bitter, the veggies that came with my pho were wilted and old. No soy or sriracha to livin up anything. Would not order again."
