"The Lobster Bisque is always a hit in our home. We think it's the best in the area. It actually has lobster in it and has the thickness and flavor of a waterfront Bisque. "Kalaveras needs to be commended for how they package the food. for example I ordered the Carnitas Street Tacos. the carnitas, rice, and beans were in a metal to-go, keeping them warm. the toppings; lettuce, Pico, and avocado, were in a separate box, and the Tortillas were wrapped in foil sperately. everything stayed hot, nothing got soggy, and it was delicious. the extra packaging can take a lot of time in a busy kitchen, but it makes a world of difference.
