Just put the beef in the broth and keep the lid on let the broth cook the beef. It only took 2 minutes and then ready to eat. The vegetable dumplings tasted just as good as in store. "If you are looking for authentic food, this is the place. Being Asian myself I know when different types of asian food will taste more American or not. And I will say this place hits the mark on flavor, crispy/fried food, and overall everything made with love. I did order delivery and even upon arrival the fried food was still crispy.
Everything is made from scratch. You can taste that the batter used for the cheese wonton or the crispy scallops were all homemade. Even the batter used for the crab was flavorful but not overpowering the crab meat at all.

"Beyond Pho is a true local gem! I’ve tried a handful of dishes here—pho, pad thai, Buddha Feast, hot and sour soup, and the Vietnamese egg rolls—and everything has been consistently delicious. It’s rare to find a place where every dish hits the mark, but this spot delivers.
I’ve both dined in and ordered takeout, and each experience has been great. The restaurant itself is clean and welcoming, and the server was friendly and attentive. When ordering for delivery, the food traveled surprisingly well—still fresh, flavorful, and not soggy like you sometimes get elsewhere.
On top of all that, their prices are still refreshingly reasonable, which makes it easy to come back again and again. Beyond Pho has definitely become my new go-to for Asian food, and I really hope they stay in business for a long time."
