Order was made quickly and arrived quickly, but it was one very small burrito, not the 3 tacos I had ordered. It was also missing the guacamole, sour cream, and cilantro . I tried to eat it anyway, but the steak was completely burned, crunchy, and inedible. The chips and guacamole came with the wrong size of guacamole. It was a tiny scoop in a condiment cup. It didn't have the usual cilantro and onions, just smashed avocados. When I dug into it the avocados were brown. This was a waste of a $20 meal. "

I don't know if they put green chili on the fries or not, but they are dry underneath all of that sour cream. They put on top, and the steak seems a little dry. The fries are definitely frozen. from a bag you buy at a normal store and just fried. So definitely nothing like what I've had in Colorado. because that's where I've had some of the best Mexican food . The horchata was delicious and the best drink I've ordered so far from them just a bit heavy on the ice. The carne asada tacos were very dry and didn't even come with lime so ima have to give that a thumbs down. The flavor was there, it's just it was dry. Their prices are great for what you get and the portion sizes are amazing for the fries minus the quality. Unfortunately, I won't be ordering the fries from them anymore because of those reasons, and it is my second time around thinking the first time was just bad luck ."

"Definitely lower quality than Nathan's I had before, from the buns to the bacon. Last year we were in Kissimmee, FL and found a Nathan's in Old Town and tried it for the first time. I was so excited to find that I could order it here in Casper but was super disappointed. Everything seemed like it was generic Walmart ingredients (which I have no issue with when I'm not paying for better quality), except for the hot dog, which was warm but didn't seem to be cooked to the same crisp, delicious quality as we had before. The crinkle fries were soggy which doesn't stand up well with cheese and bacon on them and the bacon was more like microwave crumbles than cooked bacon. I'm glad we tried it, but I won't be ordering again, there is a fantastic hotdog food truck here that I would much rather spend money on."

"Barely any bacon on the BLT. It's called a BLT for a reason hint....BACON. There's was less than 4 pieces on the whole sandwich. They have the nerve to call it an “Over the Top" BLT. Nothing about it was "over the top". The Grilled Cheese was two pieces of bread with NO butter to have it be a grilled cheese. It was half white vs a light brown color that a grilled cheese is supposed to be because when they actually use butter on the bread and put it on the grill, it turned a golden light brown if done correctly. The other half was dark brown/burnt. I'm not kidding. Seriously, it's really hard to mess up a grilled cheese but they found a way. The fries were fries. Nothing great not horrible. Just French fries. The only good item was the Deep-Fried Cheese Curd Basket. They weren't special and I'm sure they were just fried in a fryer from frozen but that's probably why they weren't able to mess them up. The ranch is horrible. Clearly from a bottle. Sorry this may seem harsh but it's the truth. This was my exact experience. It was my first time ordering too. I won't ever again. Others should choose and consider wisely. Oh, and it's not cheap. Denny's is much cheaper and far better."
