"I ordered the 3 Smashed Jack™ Sliders Combo, and Two Tacos. For my drink i got the iced coffee. I can recommend all of it. Food arrived warm, but not hot due to transit. The smahed jack sliders are great. probably my second favorite burger in the fast food industry at the moment, and my favorite that delivers. My sliders had cheese, pickles, and a sauce that was much like a smooth thousand island. Patties were crispy and juicy. The buns were soft and buttery. The tacos are pretty good for a fast food taco. the tacos are nothing crazy but they taste good and are more affordable thn anything else I have found. The coffee was also quite good. fast food coffees are often hit or miss, but I found this coffee to be much better than ive tried from other fast food restaurants. I will definitely order these again."

"The Blackberry Bear Claw French Toast was delicious. I'm not sure it was worth nearly $19, but if you're looking to treat yourself, lift up a bad day, or maybe split a breakfasty dessert, this will do the trick!
Sadly, that positive was balanced by a quite upsetting negative.
I also ordered a side of French Fries to share, and while the quantity was great for the price... that's where the value ended.
The fries were disgusting.
They were cold, limp, undercooked or overcooked depending on the fry, and had that nasty texture fries that have sat around for days and then been poorly reheated tend to get. There was no way these had been made fresh more recently than the weekend (it's Wednesday). And there is no way Black Bear would have served these in-restraunt.
Absolutely NOT worth the $7.09 price for a side of fries. Probably 98% of the batch went into the trash, and we still ate too many.
We won't be ordering delivery from Black Bear again."

" A friendly, affordable, and delicious experience. Every experience I have had both in the restaurant and through DoorDash has been great. I always order the exact same thing and they never fail me. They even go so far as to separate the vegetables and the onion rings from my burger so they don't get soggy.
The seasoned fries are a must! Especially since their ranch pairs phenomenally.
Unfortunately there is no option in DoorDash to select seasoned fries when ordering a hamburger however after requesting them in the special instructions tab the restaurant accommodated me with no hassle.
This is one of our favorite local restaurants. Our children are big fans of the kids menu while my husband and I love their burgers and breakfast options. "

"Sonic the Hedgehog would definitely approve of The Chili Dog here! It is way-past cool, and the lack of beans in the chili cuts thr nonsense and goes for pure umami. The ketchup adds some subtle sweetness and aromatic, while the mustard adds just a bit of pleasantly tangy funkiness to the flavor party. The onions add a refreshing pungency and the cheese adds wonderful creaminess and complexity.
My only complaint was the bun was so overloaded with toppings that it was pretty soggy. But that was a small price to pay when everything else was probably the best chili dog I ever had"
"How to ruin two perfectly good hot dogs: Everything came slathered in mayonnaise. If you like lots of mayonnaise on everything, this is the restaurant for you. I don't need mayonnaise on my hot dogs, but there is no box to check to tell them to leave it out. I ordered "island slaw" on my Tame Dog for an extra charge. The "island slaw" turned out to be what looks like chopped cabbage braised in sugar syrup. All over my hot dog. Ick. I tried to scrape it off, but I couldn't get the taste out of the hot dog. And the Tame Dog isn't supposed to have mayonnaise on it, but it did."

"Sandwich was huge as always! I got the pulled FULL Pulled Pork with the works and a few different sauces including horseradish mayo and honey mustard. The sandwich was pretty dry, mainly the meat, there was not a lot of sauce going on. I had requested for it to be saucy, not sure if that would have cost more and that's why it wasn't. I am usually pretty happy with Kona's so this was a bit of a bummer. I also got the Mac n cheese, I was very excited for it and it was underwhelming. The noodles were really mushy, there was a lot of oil from the cheese pooled up making it more mushy, the flavor was nothing to ride home with, pretty bland. None the less, food did its job, I'll for sure go back but I don't think I'd go through DoorDash again."
