"The hash browns were horrible, they were cooked to almost burnt. You could not eat them. The French toast sticks were not much better. Only thing that was halfway good was the croissant but it was flat like someone sit on it. My first time ordering breakfast from them and will be my last."

If the franchise has a budget for it then add it to the menu for a price.. even when driving through the window it feels like pulling teeth.
