My best description is day old and refrigerated overnight. We'll probably give them another chance because we've eaten there so often over the years but I'd like to see them made in front of us. One of the most important factors for me is the grease level and if the food arrives soggy, often the result of the containers and the grease. Our order was fresh, chips, crispy tacos, Sopes along with the Nachos were all crispy. The meat was moist without any excess grease with a nice flavor. Overall it was a nice late lunch.
