The burritos tasted as if they'd been made yesterday, kept in a refrigerator overnight and reheated. The tortillas were dry, the meat was dry and had no flavor. My best description is day old and refrigerated overnight. We'll probably give them another chance because we've eaten there so often over the years but I'd like to see them made in front of us. "Everything was good and the portions were generous. In my opinion Los Arcos is one of the better Mexican restaurants in Vacaville. One of the most important factors for me is the grease level and if the food arrives soggy, often the result of the containers and the grease. Our order was fresh, chips, crispy tacos, Sopes along with the Nachos were all crispy. The meat was moist without any excess grease with a nice flavor. Overall it was a nice late lunch.
