That being said, they didn't hold back on the filling of meat. If anything, it was the cheese that was lacking. There were four tacos for my order, and it came with more than enough cilantro and diced onions plus a lime wedge per taco. The consomme was pretty good, not greasy nor too watery. If it had some hominy and tripe, it would be menudo's cousin. I drank down any remaining bit of it at the end of my meal.
