They came in a paper bag and each Cookie is individually sealed in a plastic bag that has qr code....Maybe it's the package but they were dry and very crumbly and not moist. I wish I could try them again and they're decently priced but none of the flavors blew us away and they all were just a similar very crumbly dry texture/flavor.
