I only live about 5 minutes from the restaurant (10 minutes if you catch every light) but it took about 35 minutes before he delivered. Everything was placed perfectly in the insulating container and pact with the correct amount of napkins, tarter sauce, malt vinegar, and plastc cutlery.
It was all placed in a plastic sack and sealed neatly with safety stickers. The sales receiptwas placed nicely on the front of the bag and was held in place by another safety sticker.
