• 8/1/26We had the ShackBurger and Double ShackBurger, both were delicious and fresh!
The Fries were better than any other fries, including McDonald's! We loved them! And the OREO® Cookies and Cream Shake and Chocolate Shake were a perfect way to finish off the meal!
Last, we loved that they had something for our dog to eat as well!! And the Bag O' Bones didn't disappoint! Worth the additional money!
This was our first Shake Shack experience, and it won't be our last!

• 3/16/26My first order with them was great. Everything nicely packaged and tasted. So I ordered the same thing today. When I got my order, my sandwich and fries were just laying open in the bottom of a bad. Sandwich was not wrapped and fries were on an open plate and much smaller serving. Last time both items were in sealed boxes. Someone dropped the ball. Very unprofessional.

• 7/22/26first time ordering from Shake Shack and the Chicken Bites™ were dry and overdone. They're the type of tender where it's 3-1 batter to chicken ratio so when it's overdone it's like snacking on some cardboard and tasted not far off as no flavor other fried batter. The hamurger was alright but was also overdone. There's an option to have it "well done" and if that was what I had chosen then what showed up would be what I'd expect a well done burger to look like but alas I did not choose "well done." The bits and bobs were ok, lettuce was fresh and caramelized onions were good but if I'm craving a burger again it would not be one that will ever come to mind. Probably 1st and last order from the ole shake shack.

• 6/26/26Weak. Freezer fries. Burgers at most , have salt on them for seasoning. Shake was pretty good though.

• 5/24/26Asked for pickles, lettuce, onion, and tomato to be added and did not get that! I didn't get pickles.
For $30, not sure I'd order again as portions were small and I didn't get what I asked for.
