I’ve had brisket by the pound from many other places, and it’s usually nicely sliced with only a small amount of juices at the bottom of the container. This brisket, however, was excessively oily and didn’t contain any proper slices. Instead, it seemed mashed up and mixed together, with very few whole pieces.
I love their burgers and have always enjoyed them, but based on this experience, I don’t think I’ll be ordering the brisket again."

When it appeared that the delivery driver might have taken some of the cookies, the store promptly resolved the issue by sending out a whole new order. They did not just replace the missing ones!
