i order from them often and they never disappoint. tried something new today (the Lego), and im usually not a fan of spicy food so i got rid of the hot sauce on it but kept the wasabi & spicy mayo. to me anything spicy usually feels kinda unpleasant to eat, but this sushi wasn't like that, to me i think it felt kinda more like how horseradish does? i dunno how to describe it correctly but it was very pleasant and tasted good too. been ordering both the Monster & Spicy Vegetable Roll (GF) for a while now and they're always great!! so is the Edamame (GF). the portions are good for the price, and i don't usually eat much so for me it's enough for two meals. the staff there is also always very nice!! generally just a great place to order from or go eat at.

"The pho at this place is the best I have EVER had! The broth is perfection, and the meatballs are also so fresh. They didn't include sriracha or hoisin in the delivery, but I had that at home so no big deal- I mention it so you can add it in a note when ordering if you need it. There are less noodles than pho-only restaurants give you, but they always give too much. So for me, this is the perfect portion. We also got the Jalapeno Popper appetizer and it is also the best I've ever had. They make them a little differently, fully fried somehow so they are completely encapsulated. So much crab meat and cream cheese inside- just delicious. I haven't had a single thing here (this is my first delivery but third visit) that wasn't just amazing. "I wanted to leave another review because I saw some false stuff stated in a different review from someone else who rated this place poorly.
1. I've had ramen from so many different places and they're always bland and barely have flavor. This is the only place I order from and it consistently tastes good, the broth is rich, and they make it from scratch. I would know, I used to work at the location in highland village years ago. The broth differs depending on the ramen you choose so make sure you pay attention to that when ordering.
2. The sauce for the gyoza is absolutely not just soy sauce. I've included a picture for reference. It's soy sauce mixed with spices and I believe some sort of oil or maybe ponzu sauce. I haven't figured out the combo but it's not just soy sauce...you can tell when you eat it.
This place is my favorite ramen place, every dish I try is amazing and they never disappoint. I won't order ramen from other places anymore because it's never as good as Ramen Hakata. The man who first opened this chain of restaurants directly studied under a ramen master in Japan and earned a degree for it so they know what they are doing. I will forever continue to sing the high praises of Ramen Hakata cause it's always delicious, delivered fast, and they have a huge menu with so many options, and constantly add new dishes. My gyoza are perfectly crispy, the korokke are something I crave regularly. Even now that I'm pregnant I just want to eat food from this place all the time. They also have the best tonkatsu curry I've ever had. So don't listen to others, just try the ramen, the rice bowls, and the appetizers and I promise your tastebuds will be happy you did so!"
"I had the N8. Miso Vegetable Ramen, it's my usual go-to when we order from here. The broth is rich and flavorful and hot enough to heat both the veggies and the noodles. The A6. "I think the quality of the Ramen here is one of the best this app has to offer. Fantastic portions and really good flavor. The broth of the Classic Shoyu was very rich and warming. Fair warning though, that this is one of those places that require you to assemble the ramen yourself, meaning it has you have to pour the broth in into the ingredients instead having it already ready, which has unfortunately started becoming a trend for restaurants like these. The Onigiri Rice Ball here is pretty good too. It is $4 per onigiri, so even though it shows 2 in the image, you are only buying one. The onigiri itself came wrapped in a very convoluted way, so much so that it came with instructions on how to properly open it! I suppose it's to mimic the traditional way it's wrapped, but I much prefer the convenience of having it wrapped 'american-ly'. Not necessarily a negative though, but I found it really funny when I saw it. "
